“The service from Farrar & Tanner was exemplary. On-time and budget. Highly recommended. The product Lagoiule Sommelier - Dark Horn Handle corkscrew is very disappointing. Ergonomically difficult, poorly designed. I have many vastly cheaper versions which are far superior...Waiter's Friend for instance.”

“I bought four chopping boards, Chop Chop by Rio Lindo, and am very pleased with my purchase. The goods arrived well packed and within the time frame quoted. They were despatched by Royal Mail which we have found to be one of the best carriers (maybe we are just lucky with our postman)”

“I brought a set of professional kitchen knives,then emailed them to ask a question got a reply within 24 hours . Knives are not razor sharp when first taken out of the box but didn't take a lot to sharpen them very pleased from acing the order to the end result.”

“I ordered on the 1st November for a birthday present and it is now the 9th November and despite having an email saying that that the order is “complete” the tracking details say it has not even reached Royal Mail yet. Very disappointed with the shipping times as I only ordered on the basis that it said 1-3 days”
