“High quality backgammon set purchased. Speedy delivery but there was an issue of what should have been supplied. “Amazing products and even better customer service. My products arrived within 24 hours of ordering them even though I had chosen the 2-3 day delivery. On arrival although the products were great and as described the personalisation wasn’t correct. I must add though that this was due to a slight mistiming of communication. I made a call to their team who put the personalisation right immediately and the correct items then came out to me within 24 hours as well. The team could not have been more helpful or friendlier and they also provided me with a returns label for the incorrect items which was also a seamless process. I recommend this company 100%. Thank you Farrar & Tanner”
