“Very happy with the secateurs. However, the wooden handle has a little defect, meaning that I catch my index finger on it occassionally. Have filed it down and it's fine.”

“Very responsive service and the purchased items arrived on time. Lovely gifts, though disappointed the organisation's logo could not be engraved as hoped. Nonetheless very helpful staff, including you Jamie.”

“The gift wrapping I ordered was lovely, thank you! The only thing is that the message is hand written - as it can often be quite personal, it feels someone else writing to your partner about love (even if you worded it) is a bit strange. Lovely otherwise, just my note being written by another lady felt weird!”

“Product came quickly. It would have been good to have a visual comparative size as the garden knife was smaller than I thought. The folded item is still a bit sharp edged. The quality not quite as I would have expected.”

“The Rummikub game is of excellent quality superbly presented and good value. However one glaring failure: no copy of the rules or instructions how to play. And what is the dice for? Such a shame hence only 4 stars.”

“Braclet very good but could have been presented better by being in the presentation box rather than the small plastic bag. Rather like an after though.”
