“The B&B were excellent ; arrived quickly and nicely packed . Unfortunately, for some reason , I recevied 2 pairs of personalised secateurs so imust have made a mistake when i hit the order button. Had they not been personalised , I could have retyurned one pair for a refund - but now i am stuck with one too many !”

“The item was as described as was the embossing Just thought the embossing was too " soft" and not as defined as I would have hoped, I suggested adding gold to it to stand out more Box was also not as shown so a little disappointed Excellent customer communications and service, so top marks for that”

“Order and delivery was very efficient the tankard was a gift for my son and it was nicely presented and well polished. But there were no cleaning instructions or description of the material used to make the tankard . However once contacted the instructions came via email with In 2hours of my call -”

“The item I bought is fantastic really great quality and well made . The delivery system tho is a little loose , no regular tracking and came late after id purchased express delivery . That was refunded but in today's market reliability with delivery is important.”
