“The chopping board I ordered as a present to my husband was perfect. It was the slightly bigger than most of the boards on the market and it was exactly what I was looking for as the right price too. I had some help from customer service when personalising the board and they were super helpful. The board came very well packaged and it arrived in perfect condition.”

“Excellent No10 knife for cutting daffodils that I sell and taking the heads off plants. Highly recommended and with the added engraving gives confidence if lost to be identified as mine.”

“The product is as generally good quality although I wasn't expecting plastic counters. The main fail was the packaging. The outer box was damaged due to the packaging box being too small. Not the worst thing but an unnecessary reason to take the shine off a small indulgence.”

Hi Simon, I'm so sorry to see this. I'd like to fix this for you and have a new box shipped out for you if that's something you'd be interested in? Alternatively I can offer a refund on your shipping fee. We are in the process of upgrading our shipping packaging to avoid this kind of damage happening again. “Great service and happy with quality of product. Originally, I only gave four stars as I felt the engraving on the gift was quite difficult to see. However, immediately F&T asked me to send photos of this. They agreed the engraving did look on the small side so sent me a replacement with larger engraving and have changed their processes to ensure this is done for future orders of this product. I have to say, I have never known such excellent customer service. If only I could give more than five stars!! Many thanks - brass (8th) anniversary present!”
