My order was not delivered within the allotted time. Phone call to be told it was still being processed in packing. No contact to let me know of the delay also unsure that there was still the item I had ordered. My daughter lives in Cheltenham and I arranged for her to collect from the

Very disappointed with the quality of the chess set, bought for my daughter’s birthday. She got 2 splinters from the horse. It was rough and not fit for purpose. Returned for a refund. Not the high quality that I was expecting.

Very disappointed with my first and last purchase from Farrar & Tanner. Ordered a Christmas gift with an engraved message but it arrived minus the engraving despite paying extra for the service. Not enough time to rectify before Christmas so very disappointing.

Disappointed that the product did not come in a box, to keep it in. I have a chequers game and I wanted this for a present for someone who admired mine.

The product I ordered is fine. The only let down, is when I purchased the btl of wine, I was supposed to be given the option to engrave the wooden box, however the system took me straight to payment. Immediately after the order went through I emailed customer service to request the engraving as it was a special occasion, to be told the item was already shipped. Due to the experience unfortunately, won't be using again

Bought a Mele & Co Watch Display Box as a Birthday Gift. The decorative packaging arrived damaged/ ripped and the paint on the box was blistered. Not impressed with the quality control before shipping. As this was purchased last minute, I had no time to return. I had to give to gift with some apologies.

Packaging cheap - wooden box flimsy with label not square. Was very disappointed as it was a gift for my son and fiancée. Would not order from this company again and definitely not worth the money I paid for it.

I bought these gardening work gloves for my adult son. They look "cool" for a younger gardener. So many gardening gloves look too feminine or fuddy duddy. I thought these would be just right for him. However, despite of getting the extra large size they were way too small. My husband couldn't get his hands in them. They were returned. I have received a refund. Shame as they looked great.
