“The outside of board is as expected, inlaid with shell and wood and is very pretty. The inside (backgammon board) however is most definitely not ‘inlaid’ and looks like the pattern is only printed as it’s completely smooth (also does have a rough lumpy fault in the varnish). As the backgammon board was the reason for purchase, it’s actually really disappointing.”

“Sue and Josie were fantastic. There was an issue with Royal Mail delivery but they sorted it immediately by sending out guaranteed next day with DPD. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future thank you both.”

“Great service from F&T, delivery went a little adrift but not due to any fault of F&T - they despatched the article and when I had to enquire where the parcel was they came back to me the very same day stating exactly where the parcek was and confirmed it was to be delivered that day - which it was. So product excellent, custoimer services excellent. Would definately consider purchasing again from F&T.”

“Backgammon arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately it was missing the shakers. I called customer service and they reassured me they would send some asap. They arrived two days later. The true judgement of customer service is how they resolve a problem, and this was done quickly and courteously. Very impressed and thank you.”
