“Sadly, the delivery process was poor. I was given a timeslot for delivery which meant staying in for 3 hours. I was then sent a message saying the parcel had left Gatwick and that it could be collected from the local post office receiving office but it was only open from 8 until 10 am. I went to the post office and they looked at the message and said I would have to come back in the morning and go to the receiving office. I arrived home and within 15 minutes the parcel was delivered to my house. Wasted day I'm afraid! Penelope”

“This was my second purchase from F&F and I'm not disappointed. I bought the bag for my husband and he loves the separate pockets inside particularly somewhere to place his bank cards etc. It looks smart and is light in weight and although it's a crossover bag it can be worn over the shoulder. Very pleased with the design.”
