“I ordered a tournament size backgammon. Impressed with the service and quality of the product. Although I opted for personalisation, it arrived really quickly. “Hello Matt; The reason for my rating is due to the fact that even though I paid extra for next day delivery my order did not arrive and it was only that I contacted yourselves on the day of my expected delivery only to find out it was not arriving (see Jamie Smith) for full explanation? Jamie Smith was actually excellent he did his upmost best to resolve the situation as best he could so if I was scoring him personally it would be 10 out of 10! The product itself is superb!”
