“I still haven’t received my package, I’ve tried contacting delivery and it won’t let me change it and says it is being sent back as they didn’t leave it in the safe place specified and didn’t try any neighbours.”

“I’m really delighted with the look, quality and feel of this bag. The leather is thick and soft, and a lovely colour. It was a birthday gift for my son and the lasering of his initials on the luggage tag was done very promptly, with the bag dispatched in a few hours. Excellent product and service.”
