“My first time using Farrar & Tanner after discovering them on a webserach as aa supplier of Opinel knives. I ordered 3 engraved knives but forgot to apply the welcome discount code they'd given me. I was going to leave it, but thought I'd email them top see if anything could be done? I got a reply shortly after and they'd applied the discount and reunded me accordingly. The items were also dispatched by tracked delivery the following day. Great service all round.”
