“My product was delivered broken! I bought a whiskey decanter (glass) and the package had little to none protection against shocks. Instead of a decanter, I received broken pieces of glass. The experience was very frustrating, as this was supposed to be a birthday present.”

“The plain whisky tumbler with a pewter base that I ordered was the perfect christening gift for my great nephew! I had his name engraved on the base and that was perfect. The only thing I would say is that it would have been nice to have a few more characters available as then I would have been able to add his middle name, but that’s just me being picky. I was more than happy. The tumbler arrived swiftly ( 2 days) just in time for the christening which was arranged at short notice and despite it being between Christmas and New Year!! A very happy customer!”

“The glasses were as described, very happy with them. However I was very disappointed with the name engraving it was tiny and you had to look very hard to see the names. The box they arrived in was very battered so I had to replace it. I've given very good because they arrived on time and the actual glasses were beautiful.”

“The engraved pocket watch gift was perfect. And the customer service I received from Sue was exemplary. She contacted me urgently and out of office hours as I had given wrong address details for my delivery which would have meant no delivery before Xmas.
