“F & T informed me that the box was damaged and offered me a discount which I accepted on condition that the goods weren't damaged. The goods arrived very quickly and on inspection there was damage so obviously nobody had checked. A small dent but not acceptable. I contacted them and have received an email with a returns label. I have now requested a refund”

“I bought my hubbie a leather "man bag" for his phone keys etc (it means I don't have to carry them now!), and he loves it. The colour of the leather and the quality is just beautiful. The packaging and the delivery process was excellent. I was so impressed, have literally just placed an order for a leather washbag for him, and a handbag for myself. Unfortunately, I just missed the 2pm deadline for next day delivery but I'm excited for the parcels arrival nonetheless. I have been very impressed so far and I will definitely use you again and will have no hesitation in recommending Farrar and Tanner to friends and family.”
