“From the ease of ordering on the web site, through to the delivery was great. Ordered my pocket Jean Pierre pocket on Monday teatime, paid for the 1-3 day delivery option, the watch was with me Wednesday lunchtime. It was packed securely an safely without overdoing it. The watch is great, nice weight to it. I will definitely look at Farrar & Tanner when I am looking for my next pocket watch”

“Lovely website with beautiful products. I purchased an opinel knife as a gift and had it engraved. The engraving was lovely, the presentation box seemed to contain the wood dust from the engravers desk though. After a good wipe down, all was perfect. Fast delivery and well packaged.”
