“The item was as decribed and delivered within the timescale. However their was an optional extra that could be purchased that was one of the reasons for purchasing this item but not available at that time. Upon speaking to an assistant I was informed that the optional extra was no longer available and that the product may be an "End of the Line". If I had known this at the start I would have looked for an alternative product.”
