“It was quite dififcult to narrow down to a gift, the F&T choice is quite vast. We had something in mind but after some time browsing, found a better gift (I hope) for my friend's 60th. I made a change to my order after confirming. I did try and call, strangely the lines were busy, reluctantly I emailed and within a few hours, I had a response saying my change was accomadated and acted on. I was a little unhappy with the way the gift was fitted into the delivery box. I sent an email and within half an hour, I was responed to and F&T resolved the issue for me. Definitely use them again. The product was also excellent, very clean, nicely packed and personalisation also very well done, I hope he likes it. Thanks to the F&T Team.”
