“I was originally delighted that my parcel arrived quickly, but then found out the wrong product had been sent. I did get a swift response to my email and submitted photos of the wrong product as requested. Now I am waiting for the issue to be resolved and waiting for the correct product to be sent to me. Sadly, I have missed the chance to give it to my son as the Christmas present he wanted to take with him on his New Year skiing holiday. I gave 2 stars only for the quick delivery and quick response and will be happy to upgrade this review if I get the correct product quickly and without further stress.”
