“I am very pleased with the bag .. both its quality & size are great .. unfortunately, I encountered some difficulties in getting DPD to deliver. It took 4 or 5 attempts so probably took as long as a Royal Mail delivery woud have done ; this was primarily due to misunderstandings between DPD and myself as to how to arrange for delivery & the way their software works ; this was eventually sorted out by my contacting the DPD helpline by phone.”

“Excellent quality and beautiful (but very permanent) gift wrap! The product quality is 10/10 and delivery was incredibly fast. The gift wrapping looked stunning and very high-end; however, it was done so securely that I couldn't open it to inspect the item without destroying the wrap. I’d love to see a more "resealable" design for a quick quality check, but otherwise, a perfect experience!”

“Ordered for Xmas , lovely gift of the stag on the whisky glass , personalised for my husband . Arrived quickly on time . Only negative issue is the stag came off the glass when hand washing it for the first time ! Now I have to superglue it back on”
