“The B&B were excellent ; arrived quickly and nicely packed . Unfortunately, for some reason , I recevied 2 pairs of personalised secateurs so imust have made a mistake when i hit the order button. Had they not been personalised , I could have retyurned one pair for a refund - but now i am stuck with one too many !”

“I ordered a personalised hamper for a colleague (order number 0008000960) for his 60th Birthday and was very disappointed when it arrived with 2 parts missing from the box. I emailed your sales department yesterday morning and have had no reply, the item was £140 and to have no reply is very unprofessional indeed - I have attached 2 photos, one showing the open box itself and the second photo showing the invoice -”
