“Quality wallet and embossing is fine. Royal Mail delivery was a problem - parcel went to Perth then to Edinburgh so having received a text indicating Saturday delivery it was not delivered until Monday.”

“This is a Christmas gift - but I’ve had a look. Lovely Acacia block and the personalised writing looks fab. Rubber feet, so no scratching. Knives look perfect, but of course I haven’t used them. Pleased to be able to buy something Sheffield based - makes a welcome change! I am sure my daughter and husband will love it.”

“Very happy with the product ordered. I had an issue when ordering and somehow I ended up submitting two orders and being charged twice. I rang up and the lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful and sent me details of their free returns service. It was great to speak to a real person and get my problem resolved quickly.”

“I ordered wine as a birthday present for my friend. I have bought alcohol for her before but I found the purchasing and delivery process very clunky and off-putting. Firstly the Age confirmation app didn't work in spite of me providing accurate information from my drivers licence and voters roll etc. Then Royal Mail required my friend to provide proof of her age as well. I understand you need to comply with regulation on sales of alcohol but there must be an easier process.”

Hi Lynne, I can only apologise for the Age Verification process not going smoothly. It is law for the retailer and the courier to check ID on anything you need to be over 18 to purchase, so unfortunately we cannot change that process. We are looking to change the provider we use for Age Verification so hopefully that irons out any problems you experienced. Best wishes, Stacey
