Hi Misty, Thank you for your email, I'm sorry to see that you haven't received your order. I can see that Royal Mail collected your parcel from our warehouse on the 17th of December, but it unfortunately has not updated since. “The cheap courier used couldn’t find my address and returned to sender. They’ve outsourced their customer service which is extremely unhelpful. In the end I have to buy a gift for Christmas from somewhere else because they were unwilling to help me find another solution in time.”

The delivery issue occurred because the address provided was incorrect, which unfortunately led to the parcel being returned. We do not use “cheap couriers”; in fact, we partner with Royal Mail, one of the most trusted and recognised couriers in the UK. At checkout, customers are given the option to choose between Royal Mail and DPD, and in this case, Royal Mail was selected. Regarding customer service, all of our support agents are based in the UK and work directly for Farrar & Tanner. We do not outsource our customer service to third-party companies, so I'm not sure where you have got this from. Once we were aware of the incorrect address, we offered to resend the parcel as soon as it was returned to us. “The hip flask is a lovely piece of work, it's great and I love it BUT it's a shame that the overall beautiful design is let down by the fact that the flask is very awkward to fill. The funnel is no real help and it is hard to avoid spillage of the all important alcohol ! I might be able to improve things by attaching a short length of rubber hose to the funnel ?”
