“There was a slight hitch with product when first sent, however this was very easy to sort out with Farrar & Tanner. Their customer service is exemplary, things will always go wrong - that's life, but the true measure of any company is how they react when something does go wrong and how they treat their customer. I'm happy to say Farrar & Tanner scored full marks on that front and I'll feel confident buying again from them in the future. Top class company!”

“Bag arrived in good time, my gran down will be very happy with his Christmas present. I haven't had it out of the poly bag yet to examine it, I'm sure it will be. A suggestion would be to drop the polythene bag as the leather sweats and becomes smelly, I will be putting the bag in a linen bag when the smell dissipates.”
