“Completely satisfied with my purchase. Well packaged to guard against the rough and tumble of transit. It was delivered very quickly. Wine bottles sit well on it and it adds a certain je ne sais quoi to the presentation of the wine. Thank you.”

“Warning – very bad experience! I ordered a water thermos, but it was not as described. I returned it after getting a return label, but they stopped replying to my emails and I never received my refund, even after four months. Very disappointing and feels like a scam. Avoid this site!”

Hello, We received your return and your order was refunded on 21 August 2025. I would recommend checking your bank statements. I have also emailed you with your dated refund receipt. We have not had any emails from the email address on your order; I cannot see any emails we have not responded to. The only contact we have from you is the initial Live Chat you sent asking to return it, in which we sent you the returns information and you thanked us for that. Kindest regards, Stacey
