“The most beautiful of products for my sister and brother-in-law's 40th wedding anniversary. Arrived so promptly which was super. Only two things I felt a little disappointing: 1. Engraving character limit too short and inflexible, so couldn't add to ruby port glasses 2. Had to pay postage twice as glasses were an offer on a different link to the cased bottle of port But other than that, all good, thank you.”

Dear Karen, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you were happy overall. Regarding the engraving — we do check all products before offering this service. Unfortunately, due to the curve in the ruby port glasses, we’re unable to add more characters without compromising the quality of the engraving. For the postage, it looks like the two items were purchased through separate product links and therefore created two separate orders. If both items had been added within the same order, only one delivery charge would have applied. We really appreciate your understanding and are pleased everything else met your expectations.
