Really disappointed that a $200 pocket watch has a plastic cover over the face instead of glass. Even cheap watches come with crystal glass covers. I don’t recommend. Won’t be buying from here again.

Fast delivery however quality of product was poor, had lots of surface scratches I wouldn’t have expected. No time to return for another pair as was needed for a birthday present.

Product is fine but their website has the most annoying Cookies policy. It is almost impossible to refuse them. The demand that you accept them blights their website as you cannot look at the products without accepting their Pop-Up. It was so irritating that I went to Jacques instead. How difficult can it be for them to say “reject Cookies” - instead you have the options of “accept” or more information - more information does not include avoiding the Cookies. Dear F & T, I do not want my computer hijacked by your mandatory cookies - I will go elsewhere.

Lovely set looks really luxurious and at a good price. These were a gift for my husbands birthday, upon opening it he immediately noticed the imperfections on them as shown. They are tarnished at the tips. Disappointing that a present for my husband wasn’t perfect.

Sadly I was disappointed with both the quality of leather and very disappointed with the quality of lettering which cheapened the overall look.

It’s the first time I’ve used this company and was very disappointed the engraving on the glass was that tiny you needed a magnifying glass to see it. They refunded me the price of the engraving but it had already spoiled my husbands present from his children

Gardening gloves far too tight for M/L size. Elastic at wrist very tight. Imagine they might have been made in China. Feel not worth sending back and will unstitch elastic to see if more wearable for smaller hand. Burgon & Ball, purveyors of said gloves, said they could not help as they were sold through other separate outlet.

The product itself is all right however it was not what I ordered and as a result was really disappointing as it was an important gift, and specifically required engraving on the whisky decanter but the package arrived with no engraving. After phoning F&T, I was told I would receive a correctly engraved decanter the following day and would be given a label to return the unengraved one, but this did not happen - an engraved water jug arrived which thankfully was correctly engraved, and which whilst a free extra was not what I had ordered. I had carefully followed advice from Customer Service in terms of how to communicate the engraved wording to the factory (a completely separate entity / different location to Customer Service). Customer Service sound good on the phone but nothing they said was correct in terms of what was delivered and what actually happened. Like I say, really disappointing.

I ordered a Gin in an engraved case for a 60th Birthday present with plenty of time for it to arrive. I had confirmation of dispatch then it didn’t arrive on the latest projected date. I contacted customer services and they responded within 15 minutes and said there was a mistake and they’d dispatch it on express delivery and refunded the delivery charge. I asked for confirmation it would arrive on the Friday (this was the Wednesday) as that was when I needed it as it was a gift. I got no response. I sent two more emails on the Thursday and Friday with no response. Called customer services it just rings and cuts off. It finally arrived on the Saturday, too late to save my embarrassment as I had to make excuses for not having a gift. I sent another email to customer services. I got a response on Monday saying sorry and giving a 10% refund. No explanation for why I was ignored or why Express delivery was not Express at all. Mistakes happen but customer service is judged on how mistakes are dealt with. Really poor I would not use them again.

Hi there Unfortunately my experience has been terrible, placed order on 30/07/21 and I still haven’t received it, i emailed last week for a delivery update and was told something had gone wrong with delivery and it would be resent with dpd and would be with me next day, still nothing ,if someone could get back to me that would be great Thanks Order #157417

Not especially impressed. Advertised a photo with engraving on the rear of a pocket watch, which then couldn't be delivered because the character count was limited to 50 characters. Ordered a stand for said pocket watch that then arrived in a different colour to the pocket watch itself. Who wants a rose gold pocket watch with a chrome stand? Pocket watch box was scratched and stand box was squashed.

I bought what I thought would be a good quality folding knife, It LOOKED good.. and it was a permanent fixture hanging from my belt. Untill one day it was missing. When I finally found it. I discovered that the 'loop' was missing... So the quality was only in the looks. in reality it is a flawed product..not worthy of the high price paid.. I would send it back asking for a replacement, but I guess that would be exactly the same. luckily I have the ability to make a secure loop. that will never fall off or fail.

I have sadly only given 2 stars this is nothing to do with the actual make of the wallet TN the wallet itself is quite nice however when I was on the site online they referred to the writing as engraving as the two matching wallets one of which was a special gift for my disabled son and I had a matching wallet as well as these wallets for so important I phoned up and asked if they did embossing I was told yes I also said about the importance of the wallets and I needed to know the cost of having extra characters the company said they would get back to me once they'd found out they sent me an email asking for the specific wording layout and I gave a very clear return email giving the wording the layout But sadly while I received two nice wallets you will see in the photos below of what I was kind of expecting and a picture of the wallets I received The biggest thing that I made clear on the phone and in the email was I wanted the embossing to stand out nice and clear and that's what I was promised But it appears they have a different definition of nice and clear embossing My biggest mistake was not looking inside the presentation box before I gave it to my son because when it arrived he was pretty excited and he took it upstairs opened it up and then came back down to me me.and I said I thought you put my name on it I said on the front it say to my son love Dad all words to that effect my name is showed me the wallet so I open my box as well but it wasn't my disappointment that upsets me it was my son's he's had a lot of problems in his life if he's 24 unfortunately because of his disabilities he has a lot of problems one of them being how to control his money as his appointee t.i. control and look after his bank account but solely his learning to look after some of his own spending money and this was his first quality wallet from his dad I know it's a daft old tradition but it used to be a sign of a father showing manhood to his son by gifting him with his first proper nice leather wallet

Dear Guy, We do offer a free returns service if you're ever unhappy with any of our products. I believe you purchased a handmade wood rustic trug by Burgon and Ball. The poplar wood has been sustainably sourced and has retained its natural grain for a country cottage style. Delivery was quick and the personalised engraving was very good however I was very disappointed with the rough feel of the box. I did not expect this . There was a large splinter of wood sticking out which could have caused a painful injury

Although the recipient of the port eventually received his gift and was delighted with it. I had to chase express delivery after a fortnight. Apparently, I had been sent two e mails asking for ID of my age before delivery could be processed. I received no such e mails which had gone to junk mail as my computer thought they were a scam. It was eventually resolved when I rang. if ID is required this should be mentioned on order.

Thank you for your review, it was unfortunate that our emails went into your spam folder. We do also send a text message and follow up with a phone call in order to avoid any delay. However, it's not legal for us to sell alcohol without verifying the age of the person purchasing. It's normally automatically done but occasionally if an incorrect date of birth is entered or you're new to your address then we may need to contact you directly. We do say on our website: 'Over 18 only. Your order will be subject to age verification, please enter your date of birth in the billing screen.' but understandably when shopping sometimes these things are missed.
