Bought an engraved knife as a gift, which arrived with no engraving.
Called several times but their telephone system is set up to divert you to voicemail at 5 mins so you could be a place 1 or 2 listening to the most irritating voice loop and then you lose your place, have to call back and you’re back to number 5+.
Finally get through and they have no more stock.
Offered a refund but only once I’ve returned this knife.
Eye roll…. Absolute shocker
