“High quality product and engraving, made a very nice gift. A bit expensive when you compare to other stores selling similar products, but have not found others that did engraving in high-quality products.”

“I was very pleased with my order my only disappointment was that the box the cufflinks came in was not inscribed with Farrar & Tanner which would obviously give it more credibility and a higher value, thank you.”

“The watch was nice but The information on the website wasn’t full enough. It didn’t say there was a chain with it so I bought another one. It would have liked it if I could have double checked the engraving as there was a space that shouldn’t have been there( my fault) Be great if the site was more detailed. Our son liked the watch though!”

“I had been looking for a round tined fork for ages and was delighted to find this. Delivery was very quick. One of the tines is bent already but I have rather put it to a lot of use on hard and stony ground.”

“I posted a negative review regarding a pewter whisky glass I bought as a 50th gift. I also emailed Farrar and Tanner and the next morning I received a call from Jude to apologise. She offered to re-send the engraved glass direct to my friend in time so he got it on his birthday. The customer service I received from Jude was great and it turned this into a positive experience. What's more my friend loved the new glass and said there was a massive difference to the one I had already given him. Thanks Jude for all your help.”
