“The only thing I feel is missing is the inclusion of a gift card or message when sending a gift. There is a £5.00 charge for gift wrapping and a card - but there is a limit to how much you can write (I could barely thank a colleague and wish them well before I had run out of words) and the wrapping was pretty average - not worth £5!”

“I normally don't write reviews unless I believe to have received exceptional service. The online ordering system on their website is good but can be better. I ordered Pewter whisky tumblers and requested special delivery. Items arrived in perfect condition but the attention to detail in packaging the delicate items was absolutely worth a shout out. Overall I am happy with the way I have received my items and swift delivery.”

“Loved the heavy decanter and glasses I bought for my daughters birthday - very helpful when I called regarding engraving - Despatch and delivery was prompt but Royal Mail do not offer such a good service as the alternative delivery services - if you want to change the day because you know no one is there you can’t their Ap is very limited in its services - no reflection on the supplier but the delivery was very difficult to manage”

“Excellent service. Feedback on two recently purchase items- the embossed cufflink box Was lovely but the embossing was now picked out in contrasting gold / silver. Was this my error? It can’t be seen well . Otherwise lovely. The flywheel detailed cuff links were pretty but cake with instructions on how to set up the watch when this actually doesn’t appear to be a watch at all - this again raised hopes when parcel opened. It appears that the mechanism is just a gimmick and the internal clock appearance is just for show. Engraved cuff links were simple and elegant.”

“Hi there. The knife itself was absolutely beautiful. Excellent craftsmanship thank you. I was unfortunately a little disappointed with the engraving. It was too light to see well and would have been much better placed on the side without any writing on, making it stand out more. We have used it a great deal though and the blade is really sharp and well made. Many thanks.”

“I have not seen the product - a very special Gin glass - as it was a present and went directly to the birthday girl, but she was delighted with it and used it straight away!! So job done and I am happy”

“I ordered the LSA Islay whisky decanter for my son’s retirement. I requested personalisation on the base and was disappointed that it was not on the front of the base but on the top where it is not clearly visible.”
