The delivered items were fantastic. I enjoyed the design and quality. There was an issue with the delivery process and the delivery was delayed. I signed up for express delivery (two days since the order was after 2pm) and this was delayed. I was then assured it will come the day after and that didn't happen either. The customer support team was excellent in dealing with this and rectified it. I then received a duplicate shipment and I had to return one which was a bit of a hassle. All in all, errors do happen and I liked the professionalism and timely manner it was dealt with. I just thought of mentioning it as feedback to a team thriving for the best.
