“The delivered items were fantastic. I enjoyed the design and quality. There was an issue with the delivery process and the delivery was delayed. I signed up for express delivery (two days since the order was after 2pm) and this was delayed. I was then assured it will come the day after and that didn't happen either. The customer support team was excellent in dealing with this and rectified it. I then received a duplicate shipment and I had to return one which was a bit of a hassle. All in all, errors do happen and I liked the professionalism and timely manner it was dealt with. I just thought of mentioning it as feedback to a team thriving for the best.”

“The wine and packaging were excellent, We were very pleased with our purchase. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The purchasing part of the website is not the best and could be made clearer. More importantly, it is not possible to include a mesage with the item that was a gift. I think this is a major shortfall.”

“Bought these for my husband for our 22nd Anniversary. Very pleased with prompt service. My husband was delighted with them. My only disappointment was the personalisation could have been a bit bigger had to point it out to my husband. Would use this company again.”

“very nice finish on this folding knife. unique design and very sharp, the display box is solid and well thought out. i like the minimilist appearance and the heritige behind the brand. recommend this as a gift or for yourself. no.8 is a practical size, not too big, nor too small, fits the hand nicely”

“Overall, happy with the purchase - the backgammon board was beautiful and flawlessly built. Dice and checkers were plastic, but very nice quality and have a good feel. However, the accessories felt like an afterthought - wish they were higher quality for the price paid. The dice cups were cheap plastic (would prefer felt-lined or leather for quieter dice rolling), the fabric bag had loose strings, and the engraving is a metallic plate cheaply glued to the box - it easily comes off. Would pay a little more to have a true engraving in the wood.”

“Excellent service. Delighted with quality of product. However I would have preferred the engraving to be slightly bigger on the Christening cup. It looked much larger online. I would also have liked another line to add the date. Not so fond of black engraving but no choice of just plain silver colour.”
