Pleased with purchase. Customer service were very good at changing personalisation after ordering. Arrived very quickly, the next day after purchasing express delivery. My only comment would be that the message chosen is not actually engraved on the product, as you would assume engraved to be, its printed on the surface which is not quite the same thing considering its an extra price add on. I was happy with the result nevertheless but would advise selling it as personalisation rather than engraving in the product description
