“The Chess/Backgammon set I ordered for my husband's 65th birthday was really well made, was delivered on time and he was very pleased. However, I had asked for it to be personalised - which it was but unfortunately by the time it reached me the plaque had fallen off. Although I tried to reattach it by the time he opened his present it had fallen off again. Overall the service was good and would have been 5 stars except for this mishap.”

“We bought this set of knives for my daughter-in-laws 40th birthday so being able to personalise them was a bonus. She seemed thrilled with the set and the oak block matched her oak kitchen surfaces perfectly. I bought a sharpener separately so it might be an idea to have a set like this with an oval ceramic sharpener.”

“I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I ordered the Robert Welch Oak chopping board for father's day and I was impressed with the quality and design of the product. There was a slight delay with the order (through no fault of the company) and the staff immediately corrected the issue. Would order here again!”

“Quality of the products that I have bought is good, but their database management system has flaws. First it had my address as Aberdeen, I pointed out the error, but the road name was still wrong. At first glance this is a problem with a faulty lookup function based upon a postcode, but as the fault took some time to correct I suspect that human error was involved.”

“I ordered a bottle of merlot with almond chocolates. The product arrived quickly, which is great. The packaging was great. However, the chocolate (while in a lovely pot) was cheap; and instead of almond chocolate, I also got ginger chocolate (which I was not expecting). I haven't yet sampled the wine.”
