Bronze Turkey.Easy and straight forward ordering service. However we did not think the flavour of the bird was anything special and certainly not worth the premium price (£125 for 5kg bird).

Usually, the meat is very good but unfortunately this time the rib eye steak was very poor. Also, they sent us 6 packs of sausages which all went off on Christmas Day after paying extra to have them delivered on the 22nd. They did however rectify this.

The boned stuffed goose was disappointing. I followed the cooking time and the instructions to the letter and it was way over cooked. I wouldn't order it again.

Very disappointed with the rack of venison The picture shows a beautiful rack of French trimmed meat but in reality you get something completely different It tasted nice but the picture that we expected was completely different to the nest we received Don't bother complaining as they cover up their mistake

Ordered boned stuffed duck for Christmas. Duck meat good but far too much stuffing, overpowering duck meat. Disappointing.

Steaks were good but gotnmybFathers order wrong he is still waiting for some of it to turn up. Sadly it was as a Christmas present as well :-(

To be honest I found it to be an acquired fast, and I'm not sure that I've acquired it. Quality looked amazing tho!

well packed and delivery great, but joint was very fatty,@ 40% and not great value at£90. for a premium supplier they should checked the quality of what was sent out.

We received our Christmas delivery today, the meat was packaged well and cold. We ate the pork belly for dinner which was truly outstanding and I've no doubt the rest of our order will be equally as good. We will order again due to the sheer quality of the products.... however.... The delivery process was awful, 24 hours late and stressful due to this being our first order. Apparently we could have guaranteed delivery on our chosen day for a supplement, didn't see this at checkout? Won't make the same mistake again.

Haven't used the product yet, but was slightly disappointed with the delivery. The package was simply left outside the front door. Despite leaving instructions as to where to deliver the package. The top of the package was also badly cracked which shows a lack of care during the distribution process

Only just placed my Christmas order. Tried to complete my order online but was not able to. Telephoned and spoke to Emma, a trainee. She apologised for not being totally trained, but did her best. She telephoned me back and the transaction was completed over the telephone. For the amount of money I was spending I expected a better service both on line and over the phone but Emma was helpful as far as able and in the end the order was accepted.

I really don’t ant to write a poor review but the order as delayed by two days, which was acceptable, we ordered fillet steak, a roasting joint and two racks of lamb. We had one of the racks yesterday but despite it looking so good, we were very disappointed in taste which was totally absent. Very bland and sadly the worst rack of lamb we have ever had. We roasted it on rosemary.So surprised. Cannot comment on rest of order it is still in freezer. Hoping the beef will be better. Certainly won’t order lamb again.

The louisanna pork ribs were amazing unfortunately the salt brisket arrived lean, last time it was amazing..this time it didn't smoke well due to lack of fat..I won't be ordering brisket again as too much inconsistency.

The tomahawk mutton chops were fantastic. We used the recipe on the website too which worked really well. The quality of the Angus fillet steak was not quite what I was expecting for the price however. The sausages were ok but again not as I was hoping for the price. I will use again and I’ve recommended to friends and family as I think overall it’s a great option if you don’t have a good local butcher (or just can’t be bothered with the hassle!)
