“What would this have cost in a restaurant. Roasted for 1 hour at 200 degrees our Rump of beef was literally melt in the mouth. A real centrepiece celebration meal with no real effort. Arrived in the window selected and unwrapped to warm up and air. A slice would have been £30 at least if you were out on a Sunday for lunch. Wagyu is almost as good.”

“Fantastic piece of brisket smoked on the bbq for 6 hrs using the rub sold on the web site the meat was soft and succulent and melt in the mouth. Will definitely be buying more”

“Tried the sweet pepper rubbed Boston Butt. Cooked at minimum possible temp for 6 hours and the flavour was excellent. Enough for 6 meals here.”

“Really annoying that you have to use a QR code for the cooking instructions just to drive traffic to the website. The QR code didn’t work. So came on the website and the FAQ links won’t open- frustrating.”

“Ordered 2 chicken Kiev to try…. Got to be the worst I’ve ever eaten. Not a drizzle of butter in the Kiev. Thick breadcrumbed coating. As dry as a bone without any butter at all when we cut into them. Really disappointing. I’ve got to Say the worst Kiev I’ve ever had!”

“I regularly buy forerib of beef from different butchers and I am a regular but spasmodic customer of Farmison for various other cuts and types of meat.. Compared to other butchers, the 32 day aged forerib that I bought last week was a huge disappointment. A bone, obviously, a great deal of fat (I like this, roasted but not in this quantity) and not very much edible flesh. That that there was, was fairly tough, even roasted rare. I won't buy this from Farmison again.”

“I ordered a leg of lamb for Easter Sunday.. I paid a premium postage fee for delivery day .. the lamb never arrived !!… thanks for ruining my family’s Easter , I txt emailed and called , just got automated reply…the cost was extortionate too !!!!be wary of this site.”

“The Badger Face half leg of lamb was magnificent, in my opinion: tender, studded throughout with flavour, almost game like. To be highly recommended. The order was straightforward to make, the delivery was as advised. The chill packs were still frozen solid, on arrival. The packaging except for the two polythenes bags that contained the ice was all recyclable. I would have no hesitation in placing another order.”
