What would this have cost in a restaurant. Roasted for 1 hour at 200 degrees our Rump of beef was literally melt in the mouth. A real centrepiece celebration meal with no real effort. Arrived in the window selected and unwrapped to warm up and air. A slice would have been £30 at least if you were out on a Sunday for lunch. Wagyu is almost as good.

Half of my order did not arrive for a planned dinner party, necessitating a trip to the local butcher to replace the missing items. I have contacted customer service to request a refund for the items that were not delivered, but I have yet to receive a response. The items that did arrive where of great quality, its just a shame it was only half the order.

My order of pork chops & loin Pork joint arrived today. Excellent quality as always! Thank you. HOWEVER, there was no explanation as to why I received two loin joints rather than what I had ordered, which was the larger option of loin. Thank you for the refund, but I am guessing why this was? It would be nice to be told why things have been done this way. Regards, Rob Driscoll.

Meat excellent. Delivery service useless. Three days late. Zero communication from FedEx even when the meat had been delivered. Found it in our woodshed by chance. No recompense for poor service. Even on this review you don’t allow for communication from Farmison’s - 1-5 days!!

We have been a customer of Farmison for years and have always been impressed with the quality of produce, delivery and customer service. We placed our order for Christmas 2025 in the October and selected a delivery date for which my husband took a days holiday from work. Once it had got to late afternoon we phoned Farmison customer services who told us our delivery was not coming until the following day. They also advised that we wouldn't be receiving all of our products. I asked for a refund of the missing (Christmas meal item!) and also for the delivery charge, which I have just received this week, mid- January. If I had been advised prior to me calling Farmison that my delivery would not be arriving on the day we had booked, and that I would not be receiving all of my order I wouldn't of exactly been filled with Christmas spirit, but it would have been a far more professional way to deal with the situation. I can't trust Farmison now and so they've lost a customer.

A real shame to have to be writing this review as we have used Farmison & Co now for the last 4 years for our Christmas order and have always been pleased with their service. However, it seems that customer care and honestly, quality of options, have taken a huge nose dive. Items we ordered in October for Christmas we were told no longer were available, no offer of a replacement, we had to phone up and request on (good luck getting through). Then as Christmas delivery turned up, items were missing. Tried to call, lines were deliberately off - no options to talk to anyone. This company is no longer what it used to be. We will not be using them again after 4 years of loyal customer service. Read the latest Trustpilot reviews and you will witness the literal collapse of what was once a good customer focused, affordable and quality business.

Sadly this is not a good review. We have given the company ample time to respond and this is not a knee jerk reaction to that failure to communicate with us. Part of our Christmas order, which was placed in October, was left out and despite me explaining the whole issue, with details of the missing item, we received an email asking what was missing. Our order was delivered on the 23rd Dec and despite my expedient email we have since had no resolution. We had guests and were unable to source the rest of our meat menu in time for Christmas Day.

I’ve been ordering Farmison’s grass-fed beef mince every week, and it’s genuinely the best I’ve found anywhere. Fantastic piece of brisket smoked on the bbq for 6 hrs using the rub sold on the web site the meat was soft and succulent and melt in the mouth. Will definitely be buying more

Tried the sweet pepper rubbed Boston Butt. Cooked at minimum possible temp for 6 hours and the flavour was excellent. Enough for 6 meals here.

Really annoying that you have to use a QR code for the cooking instructions just to drive traffic to the website. The QR code didn’t work. So came on the website and the FAQ links won’t open- frustrating.

Incredible service from Farmison in reissuing an order after DPD rescheduled delivery which meant the meat was not fresh. The quality of all the products is always fantastic and I will be continuing to order from them.
