I’ve ordered approximately a dozen times and have nothing but good things to say. The website works well, the packaging is great and delivery is always fast. Most importantly, the quality of the meat (particularly the dry-aged steak) is very high. On one occasion, a glitch meant they’d run out of a cut of steak that I’d ordered. Customer services tried but weren’t able to get hold of me so, as the weekend was coming up, sent an alternative cut to ensure I wouldn’t be empty handed. They also left me a voicemail to tell me what they’d done and sent me a discount voucher. All told, I’m very impressed.
