“Top quality meat with exceptional customer service. If my photo uploads, it shows a Farmison steak on the left and a supermarket steak on the right. Both were cooked in the same way and at the same time. Sometimes pictures really are worth a thousand words…”

“Delighted to find Farmisons and order a good variety of free range and heritage meats. The delivery to Scotland goes very well in a tight freezer box. The price is probably about right for the quality you get.”

“Excellent meat delivery! We were so pleased with the prompt and easy ordering and delivery process. Our Turkey came on time on the date we selected and was packed exquisitely for freshness. Upon preparation and cooking I must admit that the taste, flavour and quality of our meat surpassed other years when we have purchased elsewhere. I highly recommend Farmison & Co, in addition their contact/information staff are extremely reassuring and helpful!”

“Your venison burgers had sharp shards of bone in them that were hazardous to health. I alerted you immediately in October. You ignored me. I pushed. Reply from your Ops Director said all equipment tested and fine. I pushed for answers. I tested two more packets from two different batches. More sharp bone shards. I informed you. I sent an email to your CEO. He called me - ‘ what is it you want’ - a salesman type bully. He kept telling me that he ‘the CEO was calling me personally’. I stated I wanted them to establish why the bones were in their meat and I wanted to understand why they hadn’t established why and why had they not recalled the batches they knew were contaminated and presented a risk to health. He kept stating it was a very rare occurrence and everything checked out fine. I kept saying that three out of three batches was not a rare occurrence but in fact the very definition of consistency! They agreed to my request to collect my 6 remaining batches to check them. Returned and heard nothing, despite prompts. In the meantime after their pitiful initial response I made sure this was reported to the Food Standards Agency. The FSA did an unannounced visit and reviewed CCTV of the time when the three batches were produced. Wrong size mincing plate and the diverter was not fitted properly so content that should not have been in the burgers was in them! Bone and gristle etc. Venison bone is quite brittle and sharp. So why did the CEO lie to me…Why has this product not been recalled?”

“Very happy with my order. I had the family mince (shorthorn) and am trying the Dexter for my 2nd order (both are 90% fat free) I am very fussy with mince. We had a whole chicken which was good. The breakfast sausages are perfect for me and I ordered pork shoulder as well as a rolled brisket joint. Ordering easy, delivered on time and had to call to make enquiry on second order - staff were very helpful. So relieved to have found a decent butcher as it is proving more and more difficult these days. Love the option for eco packaging too.”

“My wife and I are extremely impressed with Farmison's service, despite not yet having the pleasure of eating their products. We have encountered two (minor) issues with the companies website. In each case our email raising the issue was promptly answered and the issue totally resolved to our satisfaction. Most impressive.”

“Farmison & Co really do deliver on their mission, the meats are excellent, pork, beef, chicken and lamb are outstanding as are the sausages and bacon. Considering the quality of the product the price represents good value for money and it's good to know that animal welfare is a priority. Packaging, delivery and customer service in my experience is faultless. Everything is very well packed in insulated packages and delivered on time. I called customer service to ask about a change I wanted to make to an order and the service was very friendly, helpful and efficient. If you enjoy food and care about traditional farming methods and animal welfare then I would certainly recommend Farmison & Co.”

“Excellent service, the lamb chops were superb (albeit expensive) and we enjoyed the breakfast sausages but we found the smoked back bacon disappointing it was too salty and would prefer thicker rashers.”

“Delivery on time well packaged and meat kept cold. Tasty belly pork not tried the steaks and black pudding yet. But if like other meet I have received from Farmison they will no doubt be delicious”

“I usually buy chicken and pork and it is always excellent. The quality and taste are better than any other I have purchased over the years. Whenever I have to buy elsewhere, when I've run short and not planned better, I can see how much better the quality is from Farmison. Always looks and feels fresh.
