Great range of meat; have cooked half of our delivery already, brilliant quality. Cold on arrival, good sized portions and chips to accompany the meat was a good side choice. Packaged well, but extra large box for 1 packet of chicken goujons not very environmentally friendly... Also wronged bacon in order; ordered back bacon, recieved streaky smoked... I emailed immediately after delivery received with pictures of incorrect product and have not yet had a reply or refund, so a bit disappointed. Especially as the meat is expensive and took a week from order to soonest delivery slot. Will consider other options for fresh meat in future based on timely deliveries in my area and customer service.

So sorry you have been left feeling disappointed following your order from Farmison. I have looked at our system and unfortunately cannot see any correspondence from you regards the incorrect bacon. The chicken wasn’t the quality I had previously very pale, not the normal corn colour quite small and bland in comparison. Might just be a one off I will try again.

Meat was not the quality for the prices charged. Disappointed with quality of chicken which was more like a broiler and sausages tasted very buffet, not impressed

Our bone marrow burgers were awful - full of gristle (see photo) and had a poor flavour. We were extremely disappointed. As pasture fed beef farmers ourselves we were saddened by the quality of what should be a great product. The rump steaks were better and we did all enjoy these.

The quality of the produce is consistently good. If this was the only criteria I would rate Farmison 4-5stars Having been a customer if Farmison for 4 years it is disappointing that on the last 2 occasions the orders put in were not delivered correctly and it needed multiple calls to the customer service team to rectify or as per my last experience partially rectify. At Christmas of an order of 3 beef wellingtons @£75ea only one was delivered and it required a phone call to be told that an error has been made and to get a refund. On the last occasion this week out of an almost £200 order only £50 of produce was delivered. Again it took multiple calls to get the remainder redelivered which when it did arrive was still incomplete. So yet another call. On the plus side on this occasion the call handler was very helpful and apologetic. For an organisation that takes full payment at the time of ordering they need to pay greater attention to fulfilling the order. I am sure that for the cost of the products, clients would rather not have to pursue customer service to get what was paid for. Only other gripe is that the packaging on a couple of the delivered items was damaged (see photograph). However going back to the beginning the quality of produce is great and I am looking forward to trying the tomahawk steak this evening.

product & packaging good, but delivery was 24 hours early with only 2 hours notice I am disabled and I time my deliveries of anything to arrive when my carer is here goods had to wait for unpacking ,fortunately nothing spoilt, until the next day still better than post office!

Overall OK, I don't know what I expected, I thought the eat better meat meant the taste would be superior to supermarket meat but it isnt. I bought the chicken goujons and they was dry and tasteles I had some issues with items not being included in one of my orders and then I had to wait for confirmation of reimbursement. A bit if a pain but I guess they have taken a big increase in orders and mistakes will be made during this adjustment times during the pandemic. Mixed feelings.

Efficient delivery and delicious lamb but the goose breasts were a huge disappointment-cooked to the Farmison recipe they were tasteless and tough I'm afraid.

Bad review, ordered 10 items, 2 items were wrong in stock when I ordered in stock when received. Ordered 2 pies with jelly, no jelly. Complained and was told the pies will taste just as good without the jelly? Hmm can assure you they dont! A simple check when being packed and a note on the order form or a simple call to see if I wanted the incomplete order no problem. Lamb shoulder was really fat, shunk to half when cooked. Doubt I will be ordering again

I have ordered chicken parcels, pork sausages and hot dog sausages. Chicken was ok. Pork sausages was terrible, I can say without a shadow of a doubt "the worst I ever had". And at that price I couldn't believe it. I don't think I will be ordering again.

The meat was delicious, no problems there at all. Top quality. Delivery wise though, I was pretty dismayed when I had a text to say it’d been ‘safely’ delivered when the box, of over £50 of beef, was left on the floor, outside the block of flats (newbuild) that I live in. No one buzzed my flat, and the postman said I was very lucky to have found it, as I live near an estate - anything valuable left outside disappears very quickly. So, the product was excellent, delivery - terrible with much need for improvement. I’d need to know this was sorted out before I’d make another order. Best R

To be honest I was a little disappointed in my order. When I first browsed the site I realised that it was quite expensive but I’m a strong believer of you pay for what you get but in this case it wasn’t so. I purchased the lamb chops and at £4 a chop they really weren’t anything special. Shame because I found the delivery option great but il be sticking with my local butcher from now on.

My first order was amazing but unfortunately the one I had this week was not good, the rump steak was un edible! It was very strong in flavour and almost tasted like Venison! I will give them a try again as delivery and packaging is good and the lamb and pork chops were very good.

My first order was so good I immediately re-ordered the same. However, the quality of the 2nd cut of fillet was nowhere near as good as the first - not sure I would risk ordering again.

The meat is good quality with an excellent flavour. The butchery sometimes leaves something to be desired and the customer service can be 'quirky'.

The quality of the produce I received was great. But the courier just left the box on my doorstep didn't knock and sent me an email with a picture of my doorstep and box so I called farmison who said they would investigate and get back to me but they didn't bother so overall not a great service
