the delivery driver left the box out side even thow the porges door was unlocked

I was disappointed with the bacon was a bit fatty and rather tasteless. I have sent an email but have yet to receive a reply.

Il be honest here the bacon has lot of rind on it the burgers were very fatty and the marinated chicken drumsticks were divine very good

After 7 orders all seemed well and good quality meat, last order out of 8 steaks 2 were full of gristle, I spoke to Ben In customer service and he passes My comments back to the butchery, the butchery tried telling me it was marbling, after over 40 years of eating steak I was disgusted with the way they tried to fob me off, especially when paying a good price, unfortunately this has left me with doubts about recommending Farmison to friends. They replied that they are sure I would like it, I demanded a refund or replacement otherwise I will never buy again, Ben said he will replace, it’s a shame they didn’t say that strait away inserted of trying to make out I was a fool and didn’t now the differences between marbling and gristle

The meat was really tasty. Only issue we had was a fair bit of gristle on the bone, it didn’t spoil the eating and the bones just fell out after a slow cook.

Amazing online experience and delivery. A little disappointed with the cooking instructions on the product. We more than doubled the time on the advice and still had raw meat. Wish we were better at cooking it but used the card on the product page. The chips were delicious but I would say not quite a 2 person portion.

Sorry to say the joint of beef we served to family was very tough. we cooked as directed, it looked delicious but sadly it was too tough for my grandchildren to eat. The bacon we ordered was delicious though..... also the gammon.

Very nice meat, steaks cooked and tasted great, duck was very good. One comment, I can't see any way to buy steak/duck breasts etc wrapped singly for the freezer, everything is in packs of 2, although in some cases it was easy to break the pack in others if you froze a pack you'd never get a single out. The option to have them packed a singles would be appreciated (I don't mind still buying them in 2s, just pack them seperatly)

Ever keen to find a good steak, and enthused with reading of the grass fed stock, i treated myself and my son. However i was actually a little disappointed with my Aberdeen Angus rump steaks. At present i will only buy my steak from one source - a smaller supermarket, but always want to find a nicer example. I looked forward to my purchase. Packaging and postage was superb. Unfortunately we both thought the steak was only on a par with our normal supply.

I ordered 4 fillet steaks, which were OK, however one was very fatty and all were very small. I’ve ordered previously a from them before and the steaks were excellent, but not this time unfortunately and I won’t be ordering again!

I have bought meat from Farmison & Co several times over the last couple of years and have very much enjoyed the flavour and quality of all the meat. However, I have been disappointed recently that all the burgers/sliders have onion powder added to the recipe recently. I have tried to discuss this with customer services but unfortunately this was not followed up. As my family members are allergic to onion, this means that we cannot buy/eat any of your burgers now. I am also looking forward to the reintroduction of bake at home pies, which would be perfect for summer picnics.

Delivery was good. Was disappointed with short ribs. Slow cooked but very little good quality meat. Will not be buying that and would not recommend. I look forward to trying the cote de beouf to conclude on my first order. I hope that it will live up to Waitrose quality.

Beef Short ribs and Beef stewing steak very tasty, excellent. Lamb chops quite bland. Pork Rib was disappointing 4 thin shoulder steaks not what I expecting from the description.

Sausages had too much taste of herbs although cooked nicely. Haven't tasted the chops or steak yet but I feel gthe meat is a dark colour.

Good meat but very expensive for the price. I can get cheaper, organic And as good from my butcher in London

When we do the sums and price our produce up, we want you to enjoy better meat, and this shouldn't break the bank. We also pass on a fair price to our farmers, that not only covers the sleepless nights, sore feet, and the stress of lambing and calving, but rewards the pride our farmers feel in the crafting of better meat. First purchase and very disappointed, lamb steaks were so tough and pork chops came 2.5 inches thick and cut very uneven
