Reason for only 3 stars is the order received was incorrect - Flat Sirloin instead of Rolled Sirloin. I appreciate the complaint was handled well by Debbie and a replacement was offered. We accepted a £15 voucher to make up for the mistake.

Up to now the meat has been excellent. However our last joint of beef was stringy and lacked taste.

The delivery and packaging was amazing. I feel it was slightly over priced. The ribeye steaks out of 4, two were edible, 2 were so tough the more you chewed the tougher they got and it was simply not possible to swallow it. The sausages were ok. But the organic whole chicken was delicious and well worth the money for £12. I would return for chicken but perhaps I am unconvinced on the meat. Still a great company who deliver what they advertise, hassle free. I have to say I had the tenderloin at my mums the week before and it was delicious which is why I tried it but feel £60 for A piece of tenderloin is a little over priced :-)

It’s a matter of taste!, however sausage a little to meaty, burgers to herby, bacon best I’ve tasted,pork chops brilliant, sirloin steak superb. Thank You. Ced Amphlett.

+ The meat is fantastic quality. + I love that you can book a delivery slot, and there always seem to be slots available within a few days. - The website is very difficult to use to the point where I am almost considering buying my meat elsewhere. Eg availability of items only becomes apparent after clicking on them, so I feel like I waste a lot of time clicking into items and back out to see what's available. - I wish I could return your polystyrene boxes. Such a shame to send so much perfectly good packaging to landfill.

The ordering process was fine and the delivery arrived early and was left on the doorstep, I'm not entirely happy about that but my main gripe is that, having ordered various chicken, whole and parts, none of these were wrapped separately. I don't mind paying extra for good quality meat which is not farmed intensively but I would expect chicken breast etc. to be individually wrapped, even separated, rather than having to start dealing with this when the parcel arrives. I needed to interleave everything so that once frozen I could get out what I needed. It just needs some separation then i would be happy. Dealing with raw chicken before breakfast isn't ideal, not for me anyway. I haven't eaten any of it yet so I can't comment on the quality. I also had a discount as a first time customer but forgot to enter it on my order. I contacted the firm almost immediately asking if it could be applied to my order but was told this wasn't possible. I was told that it could be applied to my next order which was a help. I don't think I'll be ordering chicken joints again though.

I was really excited to try these products, however my expectations were not met. The steaks were nice, the sausages were not great and we didn't like the burgers either. We didn't get to try the beef burgers because they had gone off and had mould starting to come round the edges. I was refunded for this so that was good. My son said the other burgers were minus 200 and he eats everything including olives and smoked salmon. I'm not sure I would place another order sorry.

Very disappointed that all the sirloin steak arrived with just 7 days use by dates especially as I have ordered 6 kg of sirloin. I understand the meat is fresh however most vacuum packed meat comes with at least 10 to 14 days use by date. Quality is amazing as usual!

Well packed and delivered on time. Just disappointed with the cote de boeuf. Not as flavourful as the one we enjoyed earlier in the year which was definitely 5 star.

Bit disappointed this time round, found the jacobs ladder to be quite expensive for what it was in the end. Normally happy to pay higher prices through farmison but felt a bit ripped off this time as the whole piece only just about did 2 people.

Disappointed with the taste of sweet cooking chorizo. Very strong paprika taste. Fresh chicken taste is not what I expected after it has been cooked. Not good value for money.

Love the meat, would give 5 stars for that only. but sadly will not buy from them again, delivered to Lilly Close, not Snowdrop Close, not even the right number. If a lady in the road had not witnessed the delivery, my meat would have been ruined

Normally very good and , the food you receive is top quality , ordered a few products , and when package arrived the products were unavaliable , would recommend updating website on a regular basis , also had to throw all chicken products I had bought away , as I was told they were contaminated , I was refunded but had to go out and buy more chicken , and I had already eaten . 1 piece of chicken , that wasn't ideal

Although the sausages i ordered were good they were not ones i would reoder. I dont feel the beef works as a hot dog ut really needs to be pork. The merguez flavour was good but the texture was wrong, the grind used was too fine. It needs to be a coarse larger diameter disk in the meat grinder to recreate this continental treat. Delivery was very good and packaging was great. I would shop again but not the 2 products i bought

Contents of order were as expected and previously enjoyed. However quality of delivery poor. Too large box used and on opening found hardly any packing material and all items bunched on top of each other in one corner. Chicken breasts and Pork burgers cellophane tops were torn and marinade had leaked out on to box and other items. Obviously disappointed at presentation and fact keep fresh seals broken. Certainly not to the standard of previously received, subscription boxes packing.
