“The whole process from ordering and purchasing was easy, arranging collection was prompt and easy and staff on site couldn't have helped any better. Product was top quality and easy to install thank you so much for your excellent service I will use you again and already recommend you to friend in the plumbing trade.”

“I purchased aqua plank vinyl click flooring in October 2021 and by December it was coming apart and cracking. I contacted factory direct flooring who didn't offer any replacement or refund and were very unhelpful I spent over £500 and now will have to spend more to replace. Do not recommend nor will I ever be using again”

“A good range of products which appear quality. I would like to be able to speak to someone with regards to the amount to be ordered and other issues regarding supply and fitting. I also dont approve of too many e-mail trying to pressurise me into buying through, low stock, and other interest in my product as well as discounts disappearing then reappearing, that doesn't impress me in the slightest.”

“The flooring arrived promptly and is a good quality. The packaging could be improved. The tape I ordered was a bit damaged due to the way it'd been wedged in. Luckily it was just about usable.”

“The engineered fooring I purchased was of good quality and reasonably priced and well packaged. It was disappointing that flooring varied considerably in colour from the sample ordered making matching to my existing floor difficult. They were unable to help with my queries re my delivery which left me uncertain about when it would arrive and if I would be charged for any missed delivery, which would discourage me from using them again.”
