“The three chaps at the shop were very friendly and welcoming. Gareth, if I have remembered his name correctly, was absolutely brilliant and took so much time explaining all the options and I didn't feel pressured into making a quick decision. I wasn't given a typical sales talk but he listened to me and treated me like an individual, not "another customer" It is a big expenditure, but I feel confident that when the flooring arrives soon I will not be disappointed. The sales room is very well set out and inviting.”

“I purchased Tajo Oak AC5 Laminate, which was fine and delivered smoothly. The problem came when I ordered "colour matched" Scotia. You can judge from yourself from the photos, but the scotia supplied in no way matched the floor. The Scotia is clearly much deeper in colour and does not "blend in with the colour of your laminate". At first I just wanted to swap it for white. They would not agree to this, although they did suggest that I could *buy* another, totally new, order of white Scotia from them. Over the course of several emails they continued to try and convince me that this Scotia was "colour-matched", despite the clear evidence to the contrary. So, the flooring was fine, but I suspect issues will arise if you have any problems. They didn't offer to refund my order, I had to bring it up. I now have to return the scotia at my own expense. TLDR: Beware the "colour-matched" scotia.”

“Not a great experience as I picked and paid for a roll of vinyl which after payment was taken informed was out of stock. However gained a refund smooth and quickly enough. The process did leave an impression that I would have been steered towards something which was in stock rather the the product I wanted.”
