“Ordered a large amount of laminate flooring, within minutes of order going through, I was contacted by a representative. This was on a Friday afternoon, my flooring arrived prompt on the Monday morning. All flooring was well packaged. I am exceptionally pleased with the price and quality. No where else could either match price or quality and thickness of flooring. May I also say the staff who man the customer services telephone are absolutely brilliant. I would honestly give 100 stars if I could. I will be ordering a lot more. Just now waiting for my decorating to be done so I can see it all down (all 85 m2)!!!! Lol - Thank you. X”

“Waited in all day Friday from 7am (cctv on gate) no delivery did the same on Monday waited until 3 pm no show of driver contacted courier and the driver told them he had made a call on both days, this is blatantly lying and is a disgrace also said he left a card saying he called, you have to come through a secure coded gate to get to my letter box. Can you tell me why you continue to use dead end couriers like this I cancelled my order, you lost income how can that be good for business.”

“Unfortunately I am very disappointed as I have to cancel my order as I wanted an address change but you would not do it without a passport or driving licence photo ID which was impossible I am 85 years old and could not accept a drop off at the kerb so you need to change your rules so I am a very disgruntled customer”

Dear Pamela Morris, I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the delivery procedure - unfortunately we are not able to amend delivery address's over the telephone without seeing ID for the card holder, we can only deliver to the address provided by the customer via the online ordering system ( this is due to customer security ) I am sorry that this has left you feeling disgruntled but our confirmation email and the information on the website outlines the delivery procedure, obviously if someone placed the order for you, you wouldn't have seen this information.

“Unfortunately Factory Direct Flooring use a second rate courier. You get a 8am-6pm window when you have to be in for signed kerbside delivery, which never arrived. There is no tracking available, forecast time slot, or phone call by the courier. The courier has only his own private phone with poor reception so he explained he is not always get a signal to update or check his sat Nav when out in the sticks so he skips the delivery. Factory Direct were not able to get an estimated time of delivery the following day, so of course the courier turned up during the 10 minutes we we out to vote, but fortunately he had not quite driven off. These days there are much better courier companies out there.”

“Can't fault purchase experience or delivery from Factory Direct. The Aquaplank product is overall very good and easy to lay. The only fault is in several packs 1 plank was so different to the rest as to make it unusable in a run.”

“Ordered on the website Sunday afternoon. Had a call first thing Monday morning to confirm the order and arranged delivery for Tuesday. Items all arrived in good condition exactly as ordered. I've used Factory Direct Flooring Direct before and the quality of the laminate flooring is much higher than you get in the likes of B&Q. Price, Service, Quality - All first class. Thank you.”

“I was kept well informed of flooring I ordered as it was out of stock. I had an estimate when it would be in, but was pleasantly surprised when they phoned and emailed to say it was ready for delivery before the date given. It came well packed the next day and looks good now it has been fitted, really pleased with product. Staff very courteous and polite.”
