“The whole process was super easy. Called up before placing the order and was given all the answers to my questions. Having placed the order i was phoned quickly to confirm a delivery date and was given my desired date no questions asked (2 day delivery). “Haven't even opened delivery yet,but if the quality is anything like the delivery driver,it should be excellent! He was a guy called Nick from a company called Gregory's & he was polite,quick & really helpful. Send me another survey when floor is laid (next Wednesday)& I'm sure I'll submit another glowing review.....”

“Exellent service. Delivery on time . Delivery man more than helpful. He rang to say he was on his way and very helpful on arrival. Boards well packed but we are yet to lay them. This is a genuine reveiw and I would have no hesitation to oder from this company again. I rang to order and even though orders are not taken over the telephone and I'm not technologically competent the salesman helpfully guided me through the system.”

“Very happy with the way Mike spoke to me and sorted things out regarding failed delivery, the courier company X D P Factory Direct use are a complete joke and I cant understand why the main man at Factory Direct doesn't get rid of them. Mike is accredit to the company and didn't deserve the ear ache I gave him all because of a poor delivery and lies I was told by X D P”
