“I wasn't expecting such a great service, so that was a nice surprise. I was phoned, texted and emailed to confirm the order and arrange delivery. I felt I was their only customer! Goods arrived on time and in perfect condition, and were much cheaper than anywhere else. Recommended.”

“Excellent service on purchase and price. However an issue re courier delivery. The vinyl which came very promptly, was poorly wrapped in a little polythene, uncovered entirely at the end and torn through in a number of places. Cannot check until fitter comes. Disappointing and could easily have been better managed by despatch dept and more careful handling by carrier. I hope I do not need to complain.”

“Excellent customer service when ordering the flooring. Very quick with email responses and helpful on the telephone. Delivery was not on time, however, I was reimbursed the extra cost for this.”

“I ordered laminate flooring to cover 18m squared payment was made via Paypal we received a phone call to arrange delivery only to be told they could only do kerbside delivery as I am disabled and therefore unable to carry 10 packs of the flooring into the home I had to cancel my order no problem money was refunded to my Paypal account the next day surely they should have a delivery service that could deliver into the home for disabled customers.”

“Very excellent. Had everything I needed, in stock, the first time I asked. Man on the phone worked out how much of everything I needed, and arranged a suitable delivery (not expensive, compared to some) when it suited me. “Really, really, really good!!! Amazing service and team. Faultless on-line ordering. Great merchandise and merchandising on the store with lots of suggestions in case you miss essential items from your order. Their team even spotted a saving I could make when I ordered the wrong stuff and they let me know and so I was able to save 25% off of my order price. Attention to detail, really friendly team and good prices. A lot of suppliers could learn from Factory Direct Flooring.”
