“Samples came extremely quick was very happy and about to place a large order...until I saw the delivery charge 😳 very expensive...have found a floor on wickes with all accessories...slightly cheaper and free delivery 🙃”

“The flooring was delivered as arranged and then fitted by ourselves .Have fitted many laminates before . Found this one a bit tricky to start but once the first run was layed it was straight forward and went down quite quick . Just do not knock the edges as they break off easy . Looks good down . Being critical would have preferred the joint a bit tighter and straight but are within tolerance and will move with thermal expansion Overall good quality and a good price .”

“We asked for a couple of samples of click in vinyl flooring and they arrived quickly and free of charge. We will not be purchasing from this company as we have gone with a local company instead, purely for the convenience of being local.”

“Good quality of flooring for the money, food communication from the company, but they should do a bit better on delivery timing , 8am till 6pm is a huge slot , should be at least am or pm delivery slots.”

“I visited the showroom in Thurrock. The guy in the store was really lovely and helpful. Got given a delivery slot that worked for me. The only thing I would say, is check the type of delivery you are getting. I never realised it was a curb side drop off. This meant that the man delivering the wooden pallet with my flooring on, literally left the entire pallet outside my door step and went to walk off. Being a woman on my own and unable to lift heavy objects due to a medical condition meant I was unable to move these items into my house. I explained this to the driver and he did help me move the items, but this is not something they usually do. Was just as well as he then took away the massive wooden pallet the flooring was delivered on. Why is the massive pallet left with the customer?”

“Excellent. Pricing is very competitive, and fast delivery too. All the staff I spoke to (and there were quite a few, as I had an awful lot of questions!) were more than helpful and patient. The products are of very high quality and we would not hesitate to recommend them.”
