“Have now laid the vinyl flooring and it looks good. Fast and efficient service from your company. Delivery cost was fairly high owing to length of item but was delivered on day arranged by a courteous driver so no complaints. Would definitely purchase from you again.”

“Abbey Halland light golden oak flooring.14mm engineered Easy to lay . I was worried about having to glue tongues but it was easy [just used a damp cloth to wipe off residue. I can honestly say that waste was minimal. Once the first line was glued in straight and wedged the job was straightforward. I used this in a 30m2 lounge and a long corridor .I must say that the colour and finish are superb. I would not hesitate to use this product again”

“I asked for samples or an indication of where I could see the product locally. Apparently only one of the flooring options I was interested could be provided as a sample and I have to say that did arrive quickly. However I never did receive a reply to the question where I might be able to see the product locally and as I said in that request it is unreasonable to expect the customer to make a purchase blind.”

“excellent service from factory direct flooring, just the carriers had a problem on the arranged delivery day and so had to rearrange for the following day but no big deal overall good...otherwise it would have been 5*”

“The free sample is very useful for color matching. The Deluxe Vinyl arrived on time but unfortunately some panes were damaged in transit. However these were soon replaced. Durability of product looks as it should last, time will always be the test. Good service.”

“I’ve ordered a sample but it’s pretty much an exact match to another large competitor but £18 per square metre cheaper so I will definitely be ordering shortly once the final sample arrives.”
