“Highly recommended company the website is very easy to use and helps you calculate what you need. Also customer service is very good I was kept updated from the minute I bought my flooring and the delivery charge was cheaper than others I'd seen. I'm very happy with my flooring it looks lovely”

“I needed some particular flooring quickly- so before placing the order, I called up to see when it could be delivered etc and I spoke with Adam, who was incredibly helpful and he gave me the options (which included delivery the very next day!) and confirmed stock and costs and everything, so I placed the order online and straight after that, I got an email confirming my order AND a call from Adam, to check if I wanted the next day option, or the day after (which was cheaper obviously) and he could not have been more helpful. The flooring arrived on schedule and we are very happy. We WILL be ordering from this company again!”

“I waited all day for the driver, he apparently arrived 3ish, neither my wife or myself heard the doorbell or knocking, if i'd known he would have put them around the back I wouldn't have waited in. A small complaint, that aside I have nothing but praise for a very good service.”

“They made me happy by having the floor covering I could not get at any of the so called big stores like carpet giant, carpets for u and others, so well done, and I have just taken delivery of my floor covering and am very pleased with the professional service I received and the quick delivery. “good website, easy to navigate, samples arrived promptly. Once ordered (vinyl planks) delivery date also quick, but very little accommodation for trade customers when delivering to a site. Having already paid £21 for delivery (only 18 metres) as delivery was 8-6 and site open 7-4 I had no option to pay an additional £15 for guaranteed delivery in my time slot. The delivery was made pre midday which I am sure it would have done regardless of my additional payment. Unnecessary charge in my view Vicki Wells - www.wells-trembath.com”

Hi Vicky, Thanks for your feedback and kid comments about our website. Regarding your delivery, as you had paid a surcharge this allows us to specify a time of delivery to the courier so in this case we requested as early as possible after 08:00 AM - so if you hadn't of paid the surcharge for priority delivery the item could have been delivered anytime between 08:00 - 18:00.
