“From ordering to delivery it was very efficient. I had a phone call to tell me what day the flooring would arrive but obviously couldn't give me an absolute time of delivery. I was told I would receive a call from the delivery man on the day with an estimated time but this didn't happen. Could be a problem for some people but I had made arrangements for someone to be in my house whilst I had to nip out. Must admit I am left with a wooden pallet to get rid of but my partner can make use of anything so not a problem for me”

“just had flooring delivered looks lovely the company were easy to deal with and I got a refund off them even though I forgot to add voucher code at the beginning e-mailed them and they were happy to refund me delivery was on time so all in all a fantastic service.”

“Very good and courteous customer service. Our perlato stone luxury tiles look great installed. The tiles have a great anti slip texture and the tiles are not entirely rigid allowing a little flexure with installation.”

“They charge far too much to deliver low cost items. I tried to buy an item costing £30 and they wanted another £30 to deliver it to mainland uk. Ridiculous I have spent hundreds of pounds with these before but I wont part with another penny.”

“We ordered our floor at the weekend and had it delivered that week. We had a courtesy call from driver to say he was on his way which was helpful to us. He was polite and delivered out goods on good condition. We love our new flooring which is being layed this weekend. Would use and recommend to others.”
