“The flooring was very good, delivery was very good. The only thing I was disappointed with was the cost of the delivery. I had to buy just three more packs of flooring to extend my original plan but it cost £29.95 to deliver. I had no choice but to buy it as had to match tbe flooring up with my first order. I think delivery of a small amount of flooring should be cheaper.”

“Excellent, prompt and efficient service. I first ordered free flooring samples which arrived quickly. The process of ordering the flooring I then chose was easy and delivery arrived on time. My only criticism is that the delivery driver did not phone me an hour before arriving, as I was told he would.”

“Have just placed my second order with FDF, and had no hesitation in doing so. Not only are the products good - the customer service is exceptional. I have had cause to ring the company on several occasions, and (no matter who I speak to) my calls and queries have been dealt with promptly, courteously and efficiently. “"Arrived damaged, not easy when it's thick vinyl\r\n Problem has been handled well on notifying company. With the price of timed delivery being relatively expensive I would have hoped the courier would be better. Second replacement delivery failed too. Courier decided it was damaged and would not deliver. So overall a terrible experience. Now just waiting on the refund which has not been instant.”
