“I was surprised but delighted when I was notified that my order was ready for delivery only a few days after I placed the order. I had it delivered to my son's address and he just informed me of the delivery. All in less than a week! Well done!”

“From the first phone call I made to Factory Direct they proved to be professional and efficient. All my questions where easily answered and so I felt confident in placing my order. The stock was available and delivery was booked and on time 2 days later although I could have had next day. Driver was patient while I checked the engineered planks for quality and condition (which I did because I hadn’t used Factory Direct Flooring before) The flooring is very high quality and has fit easily and well with no issues due to the planks. It’s only been down weeks but all is on point. Perfect professional service and quality engineered planks. 18mm thick with 5mm solid hard wood veneer. This is the standard I expect but rarely get.”

“The flooring was as ordered, delivered on the correct day. Slightly expensive delivery charge, other companies offer free delivery. On the whole happy and would order again.”

“I was expecting a delivery on the day I was told it would arrive, waited in all day and it did not arrive. I had to ring in the evening to find out why, they said the order had been rerouted, So I cancelled the order and went elsewhere, who delivered promptly.”

Dear Ms Ward, We are sorry that the 1 pack of flooring was miss routed. We did try calling you at 12:28 to inform you of this but there was no answer. Unfortunately at this time of year with so many items in the networks, the odd miss route can occur. Again, we are very sorry about this.

“Easy to order and received a phone call from Jack almost immediately to arrange delivery. Sadly delivery did not arrive as promised however following a call to your office a very nice man (James?) Delivery was rearranged for the following day and I now have my bathroom floor! Have used you before and won't hesitate to use you again.”

“Haven't yet looked at the product (my builder took delivery) but I gather it looks fine. I was very impressed with the fact that we were given a very precise delivery time-slot (within a three-hour window on agreed day) and that the driver rang me when he was within half an hour of the delivery address. We also got it within a few days of ordering it, which was good (especially at this time of year - within a week of Christmas).”
