“On the whole very good, good communication at all stages. Still to put the floor down so can't comment on that. Only one small irritation and that was the ridiculous ATTENTION it is your responsibility to check that the goods you have signed for are not damaged, no claims will be accepted etc etc. I've yet to meet a delivery drive who would wait for you to check every item in a delivery. It was over 6hr before I could open the pallet and check and that took me a good 15min, no driver would wait that long. So a bit daft to make such a big deal out of it and place the worry on the buyer.”

“I ordered a product from the website and got a call the next day to see it was out of stock and probably discontinued. I asked for a sample of another flooring to be sent and was told that I would have to log back on to the website to do that. Very disappointing.”

“Purchased the goods Wednesday and received on Thursday packages well protected at the corners, I’ve opened each box and now climatising to roon temperture for 48 hrs, hope to lay on Sunday. Well pleased with the purchase, highly recommended company.”

“Looks like good quality flooring. Colour is gorgeous. Not laid yet as getting them to room temp like advised. Two of the planks are damaged from one pack - only on grove bit so doesn't affect look of it but still not great. Also some of the edges look a bit knocked. The packaging didnt look great when it was delivered - possibly due to the rough handling from the driver as he was in a mega rush. I said i wanted to inspect it to which he said that it had to be 're packed EXACTLY as it came which made it pretty impossible for me to get a good look and I felt under pressure from him”

“Value for money especially remnants , saved a fortune compared to local supplier. Back up service second to none (delivery possibly a little early at 7.30am0 , but at least did not keep me waiting. Also supplied including NO delivery charges yet a similar on line flooring company wanted £19.99 to deliver this relatively small order. well done.”

“A very good shopping experience. Good website and info/details given to allow choice to be made.. Very good prices. On-line order placed and next day "follow-up" by your office arranging delivery. A refund for my overordering of 1 item and completely hassle free. Delivery made on the day and no problem with receiving the goods. Flooring not yet laid but I`m sure that will be no trouble. All-in-all an excellent service. Well done to everyone involved..”
