“It was probably a great floor sample, but I’m not the David Bee in England who ordered it. I’m a David Bee in Utah who happened to get the receipt in my email.”

“So far so Good decided upon a vinyl flooring, requested a sample and it arrived within a day. I shall be ordering a full flooring from them, and hopefully there service will be just as good.”

“Was ok but looked whiter and glossier in pictures. Maybe look at something darker as you do have a variety of beautiful flooring so I'm not put off thankyou for your sample it let's you see for yourself before you buy. Very good quality though just not for my home needs a larger area to get the proper effect”

“Thank you so much for the free sample of vinyl flooring you sent. It was well packed and delivered quickly. We're updating our large en-suite bathroom so will need new flooring. However it's still at the planning stage so that won't be just yet. You will be first on our list of suppliers when we're ready.”

“I requested 2 samples Rhinofloor supergrip XL that was interested in and these came within 3 days. They were decent enough sizes to get a real feel for the colour and effect. Impressive service!”

“I would suggest that your IT and Marketing Departments look at how many people do not go through to 'buying'. A/ You advertise a price but when you look into it it is the lowest rate depending on size. Your advert should say 'FROM' otherwise this could be deemed as misleading. B/ You then charge for a fixed amount on Delivery, again this only shows when you have gone through to the final stages of purchasing. Nothing wrong with a delivery charge but people may get annoyed with this information so late in the process.”
