“Was about to order flooring and then looked at another site as the delivery charges were a lot. The company then emailed that i could have 10% discount this should have been in my opinion offered at checkout stage and not after i declined to proceed.”

“Product, ease of ordering and initial contact and delivery information deserve 5 stars, however, delivery itself came one day earlier than that agreed and driver did not contact prior to arriving at premises. Just pure luck I was in.”

“Customers be aware as this company charges for delivery, however if you are in a flat position they do not bring it to the door. Driver left my order on a pallet outside in the street. I stay at top floor to, found it crazy how that’s even aloud as no one had stated that would be the case. Also no Courtesy call that I was suppose to receive 1 hour before delivery. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND”

“Ordered a sample of a checked B&W pattern and it arrived very quickly and in good order. It would be useful to have larger sized samples with patterns like this as you couldn’t get an idea of square size.”

“I ordered a free sample of prestige classic 6mm misty grey oak laminate which arrived the next day. I was very pleased with the colour of the sample as I did not want it to be too grey, it is light and more a beige with a hint of grey throughout. I ordered enough for two bedrooms but there is plenty left which will do the inner hall upstairs. I am pleased with this product and have given it 4 stars only as one pack was slightly darker and we did not notice till it was finished. Also when we did the second bedroom there were about 3 planks altogether that did not fit properly. That said, it is lovely down, it was fairly easy to lay for two people who have never attempted to lay laminate flooring before. It is the best priced laminate that I have seen and will last much longer than the carpet that was down. We watched the video which I would recommend before attempting to lay it.”
