“This place is fantastic, great quality flooring for low prices, the best bit was that I ordered on a Sunday, the monday was bank holiday and I still received a phone to arrange delivery, absolutely outstanding communication, which is a must when running a business, the delivery driver also a lovely man and very prompt with delivery, great service on all parts thank you”

“The initial ordering service was good, but when I arranged and paid for a timed delivery it arrived 2 hours late. I telephoned to report this failure and it was explained that I had been misinformed and my payment was refunded. The experience was stressful but I was pleased with the product and luckily my fitter arrived to fit it.”

“Good customer service. Helpful and friendly and bought a great product : Karndean flooring. However I was badly let down by the courier service hence not 5 stars. I paid a premium for a before midday am delivery ordered and it arrived at 2.25pm! Resulting in my builder cancelling the day’s work and delaying the project. To be fair Factory Flooring Direct immediately offered to refund the difference between the am and normal delivery costs but companies need to be more wise with their choice of couriers. Having a contract with an unreliable company is damaging to business in the long run and it would be better to pay a bit more for a better delivery service.”
