“I ordered free samples. These arrived very quickly and were a good sized piece, sufficient to judge the suitablity. The only shortcoming is the restriction to just 2 samples. The colours on screen are so different from reality you need a wider selection to ensure getting one of the right shade.”

“We ordered about 65m2 of engineered wood flooring. FDF contacted us the next day to arrange delivery. I had paid extra for timed-delivery - it arrived 1 hour late but I guess this can be expected because of the traffic in our area. No-one called us though, we had to call them to find out what was going on, so communication could be improved a little bit. Having said that, and most importantly, the quality of the product we received seems good. We haven't installed the floor yet but opened the boxes and the boards look very good, no damage at all, uniform color...etc So overall we're really pleased with the purchase and are happy recommending them.”

“Excellent service ordered on Sunday and first thing Monday they called to arrange delivery for Wednesday. Delivery arrived and unloaded. Amazing price for product received. Will use again when we need more flooring and will also highly recommend to friends and family”
