“I went for the retro black and white tile pattern soft vinyl flooring. It's lovely and I was lucky to get it on sale! Delivery service was excellent too!”

“The process of ordering was easy and delivery was spot on, very impressed. Can’t comment on quality of vinyl as I haven’t been able to get it laid before Christmas which was a shame but … ho ho ho I’ve decorated it instead !”

“We ordered laminate flooring and vinyl floor samples. All samples turned up promptly and were big enough to give a good idea of look and quality. We’ve now ordered a laminate flooring so will review this once it’s been fitted after Christmas.”

Hi, I am sorry to hear your item has arrived in this condition. I can see your order was delivered 14.12 and we have had no contact from you since delivery. If we had been informed we could have delivered a new item to you the next morning. This is still an option if you wish to get in touch with the team they will sort this out for you immediately. As a company, we pride ourselves on great customer service which includes the resolution of any problems that occur swiftly and efficiently however we have been unable to do so on this occasion as the issue hasn't been reported until now. Again please get in touch if you wish to have the item replaced. Thank you

“I received an email asking to review my experience hoping that I’m enjoying my new product. Only issue is, I’m yet to receive it. My delivery on the 14th of December never showed up, when I contacted customer service they told me they didn’t know where my flooring was or when it would be arriving into their depo ready to be delivered to me. It’s now a week after my original delivery date and I’m still none the wiser as to when my flooring will arrive. Customer service don’t apologise or even attempt to resolve your issues they just offer to cancel your order for you”

Hi Roseanna Sorry to hear you aren't happy with the service you have received. I can see my colleague advised you on the date you ordered of the stock delay for 2 out of the 6 items you ordered. we are expecting to see this stock within the next couple of weeks as advised yesterday. Unfortunately due to the current climate, it is taking longer to get stock in and we are trying to keep our customers updated as soon as we know more. I can also see my colleague spoke to you yesterday and offered delivery of the 4 items from tomorrow onwards and is waiting for a call back from yourself. Please call in to advise whether you still wanted to arrange delivery of the items available. Again as advised we can look at alternative options/colours which are available for immediate dispatch. Please get in touch to discuss your order and we will be more than happy to discuss your options with you.

“I ordered a PVC moisture-proof floor two times, both times they brought damaged packages. When the first time I warned them to be careful after I placed the second order. As a result, they delivered the damaged packages again for the second time. I filed a complaint, there is no answer for more than two weeks! I will not be poorer by a couple of packages, this is not super big money, I bought these two packages elsewhere, but this does not characterize you from the best side, you know this is not at all good. Thank you for the good service you provided. Next time I will buy from others. I warned you that the driver did not wait while I unpack the pallets and check all the corners for damage, it took me as long as more than 30 minutes. You know from the nature of the damage it is clear that they were made in your warehouse, this is clearly not the fault of the company that delivered this PVC laminate. Stop doing shady business or please DO deliver NON-DAMAGED PVC laminate, that's your responsibility, not mine.”
